All services are delivered at a location agreed at the time of booking (your home, hotel, or venue). Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.

3. Product Orders

When you place an order for a product through our website:

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock or listed in error, in which case a full refund will be issued
Delivery times are estimates and may vary
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery

Ensure a suitable space is available for our artist to set up (a small table near a power outlet)
Notify us of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment or before using any products purchased
Treat our artists with respect at all times

7. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if our artists feel unsafe or if a client has an undisclosed condition that could be affected by the treatment. In such cases, the booking fee will not be refunded. Always follow product usage instructions and patch test where recommended.

8. Liability

London Glam Squad Ltd takes all reasonable care in delivering our services and products. We are not liable for any allergic reactions where a client has not disclosed relevant allergies or sensitivities. Our liability is limited to the value of the service or product provided.
