Shipping policy
This policy applies to physical product orders placed through the London Glam Squad website. It does not apply to our mobile beauty and hair services, which are delivered directly to your location.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery within the UK
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Standard delivery — 3–5 business days
- Express delivery — 1–2 business days (where available)
Delivery costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over a minimum spend threshold. This will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
Order Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email so you can monitor your delivery.
Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. London Glam Squad Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@londonglamsquad.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
