Refund policy

We want every London Glam Squad experience to be exceptional. Please read our policy carefully before booking or purchasing.

Cancellation Policy (Services)

To cancel or reschedule without charge, please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment.

• 48+ hours notice — full refund or free reschedule
• 24–48 hours notice — 50% of the booking fee is retained
• Less than 24 hours notice — the full booking fee is retained
• No-shows — the full booking fee is retained

For bridal packages, a non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your date and artist team.

Refund Policy (Services)

If you are unhappy with your service, please let your artist know on the day so we can address your concerns immediately. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of your appointment by email.

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• The artist failed to arrive or was significantly late without prior notice
• A service was materially different from what was agreed at booking
• A booking was cancelled by London Glam Squad Ltd

Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible. Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

Product Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel a product order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• You must notify us within 14 days of receipt
• The item must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, in which case we will cover return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
